The ironing service and business facilities were a godsend, and the restaurant served delicious Vietnamese cuisine. The continental breakfast was a great way to start the day. The hotel also had complimentary Wi-Fi and helpful concierge services.

Oh, I just loved how the cleaning staff barged into my room without warning, totally ignoring my frantic pleas for privacy. Such delightful manners!

The hotel is conveniently situated close to food markets, public transport and one block from the popular street. It is a great location with access to a variety of food options. the room and bathroom was clean with fresh towels and 2 complimentary bottles of water provided. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was limited, but the fruit options were good. the hotel also offers a private car service to and from the airport.

The hotel lacks adequate soundproofing, which made it noisy at times and disrupted my sleep.

During our Christmas stay, the breakfast at the hotel was a highlight with lots of tasty options to choose from including fresh fruits and hot cooked-to-order items. the hotel's location was also great, as it was conveniently situated near the night market and the Old and French quarters. the hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly.

As a light sleeper, I loved the wide and clean room that allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to popular sites like Hoan Kiem Lake and Chùa Trấn Quốc. the staff, especially the slim female employees and gentle male employees, were incredibly kind and always had a smile on their faces. Another great feature was the ability to watch YouTube on the TV, which was a blessing for all foreigners. Lastly, the hotel's proximity to bus 86 for Noi Bai Airport made it a convenient choice for travelers.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right on the edge of the night market so we could easily explore the old and French quarters. The staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and a good size, and the breakfast from the cold buffet was fabulous.

The room configuration was not ideal as the toilet and shower were not separated, which made the floor wet after the shower. the road outside of the hotel was very busy, with parked scooters making it difficult to walk along the path.
